If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian to book lessons and make payments. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for all activities conducted by minors under their supervision.

MyTutorMate connects students with verified, DBS-checked subject specialist tutors for GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level curricula (Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, and Languages):

• Lesson Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled in advance via our interactive booking calendar or direct tutor arrangement.
• Virtual Classrooms: Lessons are delivered via secure online video, interactive whiteboard, and screen-sharing environments.
• Tutor Quality Standards: All tutors undergo academic qualification checks, safeguarding training, and continuous student rating reviews.

MyTutorMate provides digital topical exam papers, worked mark schemes, and revision notes to assist students in their examination preparation:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@mytutormate.co.uk.

All prices on MyTutorMate are clearly displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). There are zero hidden booking fees. Payments are securely processed before lesson delivery, and electronic receipts are emailed automatically.

All proprietary software, interactive calculators, quiz engines, visual design tokens, logos, and custom solution walk-throughs created by MyTutorMate are protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

While our tutors and revision resources have a proven track record of boosting grades, final exam performance depends on student dedication, exam board grading thresholds, and examination conditions. MyTutorMate provides supplementary academic support and does not guarantee specific numerical exam results.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
